Wow is about the best word I can think of to describe the cool month our Heavenly Father has blessed us with. Check out these wonderful demonstrations of His love!

Nothing beats seeing God doing the unexpected out of love and compassion for His children. Last month we explained how God put it on the hearts of many to get the Deaf from a town about 30 minutes away to our church each week. That came together wonderfully with finances provided, great transportation and many travelling to attend church each week. We instantly outgrew our meeting place. But God had that covered too! Now we have a new, bigger, better and beautiful place to meet, provided at no cost by Christian friends that own the facility. So awesome to have ample space in a central location, plus a wall mounted TV for showing Bible lessons and song videos (the Deaf benefit greatly from visuals). Thanks & praise to our gracious Heavenly Father!

A promised 3 week shipping time turned into a 7 week wait, but it is here - Martha's new camper shell. She loves her 4x4 truck and with the shell installed: the seating capacity is double over what she had before in her SUV. On the rough roads we have here, the off road suspension feels better on her back than the Escape and van did. No more wondering if she can make it through some of our roads, and reliability is no longer a concern. I've had custom seat frames welded up for inside the camper. Another cool thing, our students at the workshop for disabled adults in La Esperanza are converting a mattress into cushions and seat covers this week.

Lately we've focused on the most important theme in the Bible - love. It seems simplistic at first but in reality is quite involved. God is love, our greatest commandment are to love God and others, we show love through obedience to God, and love includes: compassion - laying down our lives - sharing... so much to cover. How easy to blow through life without God's love influencing all we do, such as just giving time and attention to others. Man is made in the image of God, and God is love, so rationally there is nothing more godly than loving.
1 John 4:16b "God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them."
